All the coffee beans used are carefully selected exclusively for Doug's Coffee by Hisamitsu Coffee, a specialty coffee bean shop located in Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture.
For hot coffee, you can choose your favorite from five types of beans, and we will grind the beans on the spot and carefully hand-drip each cup.
