There have been reports of mobile batteries overheating, emitting smoke, and catching fire.
To ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation regarding the use of mobile batteries in your guest rooms, as outlined below.
 

Request regarding the use of mobile batteries

1. Please refrain from charging your mobile battery when you leave your room for outings or other reasons.

2. When charging portable electronic devices with a mobile battery, or when charging a mobile battery using the power outlet in your room, please refrain from using it in the following locations:
- Places that receive direct sunlight, such as near a window.
- On top of flammable materials such as beds, sheets, and curtains

3. To prevent any potential problems, please use the device in a location where you can constantly monitor its status while it is charging.

4. Please refrain from using mobile batteries that are damaged, swollen, or overheating abnormally.

Please note that if the above situation is observed during room cleaning during your stay, our staff may move the mobile battery or stop charging it for safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
