[Aquarius] Lunch Buffet 'Hokkaido Fair' to be held | Starting November 21st
Restaurant Aquarius will be holding a "Hokkaido Fair" at its lunch buffet for 10 days, from November 21st to November 30th.
A special 10 days bringing together the flavors of the north
The Hokkaido Art Fair is unlike any other!
The highlights are undoubtedly the "Seafood Grilled on the Beach" with its fragrant aroma of the sea, and the "Salmon and Salmon Roe Rice Bowl" with its delightful popping texture.
In addition, we offer a wide selection of other delicious Hokkaido soul foods, from rich and flavorful "Sapporo Miso Ramen" and the classic "Zangi" (fried chicken) to "Jingisukan" (grilled lamb) and "Ishikari Nabe" (hot pot)!
This is a special event where you can enjoy a travel-like experience while satisfying your appetite.

We offer freshly prepared dishes featuring plump, thick Atka mackerel, flavorful smelt, and scallops in their shells, bursting with delicious broth.

In the north, the oyakodon (chicken and egg rice bowl) is made with salmon roe and salmon.
