■Conditions for exemption from cancellation fees (special measures)

If you are unable to visit for any of the following reasons, no cancellation fee will be charged.

• Customers whose flights to Ishigaki Island have been cancelled, or who are eligible for a cancellation fee waiver by the airline.
• Due to the suspension of public transportation caused by the typhoon, some guests are physically unable to come to our hotel.

*For cancellations that do not fall under the above applicable conditions, the cancellation policy at the time of your application will apply.
*Depending on the scale and condition of the typhoon, the details of this special response may be changed without prior notice.

■ How to cancel

For the reasons stated above, guests wishing to cancel their hotel reservation must complete the necessary procedures at our hotel.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact the hotel directly using one of the following methods.
