[Aquarius] Lunch buffet from May 1st: "Summer Harvest Festival, Southern French Provençal Cuisine"
At "All Day Dining Aquarius" on the first floor ART HOTEL Ishigakijima we will be offering a lunch buffet from May featuring "Southern French Provençal cuisine" themed around the sun, herbs, and summer vegetables.

This Provençal-style dish of ripe tomatoes is a chef's recommendation, simply grilled with herbs.
We also recommend the refreshing basil-scented summer vegetable soup and the "tartines" with colorful vegetables generously drizzled with olive oil.
On weekends, enjoy freshly made risotto with plenty of cheese, prepared right in front of you by our chefs at our live kitchen.

This Provençal-style dish, which concentrates the sweetness of perfectly ripe tomatoes, is simply grilled with herbs.

Tartines are French open-faced sandwiches that are eaten with plenty of olive oil.
