[Aquarius] Steak will be added to the dinner buffet starting July 15th!

Steak and tuna will be added to the "Okinawa Gourmet Feast" dinner buffet currently being held at "Aquarius" on the first floor ART HOTEL Ishigakijima.

Steak now appears on Okinawa's gourmet menu.

Our dinner buffet, themed "Okinawa Soulful Gourmet," will be changing some of its menu items starting July 15th.

Okinawa's unique "steak" and "tuna" dishes are now available!
You can enjoy the grilled beef loin as a steak on its own, or customize it into a steak bowl.
Also, tuna is an essential fish in Okinawa. It can be enjoyed as sashimi, or even prepared as a "yam and tuna rice bowl."

As summer vacation approaches, we invite you to enjoy our buffet, where the whole family, from children to adults, can experience the Okinawan atmosphere.

Under the theme of "Okinawan Soulful Gourmet," we bring you everything from must-try island dishes to Western-style variations and authentic Okinawan cuisine.
The buffet table will feature crispy and spicy Okinawan tacos, Chinese-style champuru prepared by the hotel chef, sea grapes, and mozuku seaweed.
