We would like to inform you that, effective March 1st, 2026 (Sunday), we will be changing the operating hours of our 1st floor tour desk and establishing a regular closing day.

Accordingly, the deadline for making reservations through the official website, as well as the deadline for contacting us regarding cancellations, etc., will be changed.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers and appreciate your understanding.

■Tour Desk Business Hours and Holidays

[Opening Hours] 9:00 - 13:00 / 14:00 - 17:00
[Closed] Every Tuesday and Wednesday

*Applications and inquiries submitted via the form on Tuesdays and Wednesdays will be processed sequentially starting Thursday.

■ Deadline for applications submitted via the official website

[Before change] Up to 3 days before the desired date
[After change] Up to 5 days before the desired date

■Reservation confirmation, changes, and cancellations

We are unable to accept phone and email inquiries on our regular closing days (Tuesday and Wednesday).
Please note that inquiries made after 5:00 PM on Monday will be processed as if they were received after 9:00 AM on Thursday, and a cancellation fee may apply.
Please contact us as soon as possible.

*If the cancellation fee applies to a Tuesday or Wednesday, the final deadline for cancellations will be 5:00 PM on the preceding Monday.
