Is there a laundromat nearby?

There are 11 washing machines (with automatic detergent dispensers) and 11 dryers on the second floor. They are available for use 24 hours a day.
Washing machines cost 300 yen per load, and dryers cost 100 yen for 10 minutes. Please ask the front desk for change.

Up to what age is it acceptable to co-sleep with a child?

One child under elementary school age can share a bed with one adult. Additional beds will incur an extra charge.

Do you have rental items for children?

We have strollers, cribs, bed guards, step stools, diaper disposal bins, and more.

Can I use the rental stroller outside the hotel?

You can use it outside the hotel during your stay.

Can you sterilize baby bottles?

We lend out baby bottle sterilizers at the front desk. Please use them in the microwave oven located in the laundry room on the second floor.

My child is having a birthday. Is there anything we can do to celebrate?

Birthday cakes and fruit sets are available. They can be served in your room or at any of our restaurants.

Does the hotel sell diapers?

We sell pull-up diapers, swim diapers, baby wipes, etc. at The ART SHOP on the 1st floor.

  • About weaning foods
    We do not provide baby food in the restaurant. However, you are welcome to bring your own baby food and we can warm it up for you, so please prepare it in advance.
  • About the children's menu
    While "All Day Dining Aquarius" does not have a dedicated children's menu, we offer a wide variety of dishes in a buffet style, including pancakes, Yaeyama Soba, bread, sausages and ham, and desserts, so the whole family can enjoy themselves. When using "Yakiniku & Chinese Harusa" children aged 4-6 can enjoy the dinner buffet at the adjacent buffet restaurant "Aquarius" for 1,000 yen.
Is a reservation required to use the restaurant?

Reservations are not required, but the restaurant can get crowded, so we recommend making a reservation if you have a set schedule. Please note that during special campaigns or events, you may not be able to enter without a reservation.

We have high chairs and tableware available for children.
We also accept baby food that you bring in and can warm up for you.

*Please note that after 9 PM, the top-floor Sky Bar" Capricorn" may refuse entry to minors (under 18 years old) and infants (under 6 years old). Thank you for your understanding.

Can you accommodate food allergies?

At ART HOTEL Ishigakijima, we strive to ensure that our guests can enjoy their meals with peace of mind.
We create an allergen content table by confirming the usage of the eight specified allergens in the ingredients used ("eggs, milk, wheat, peanuts, shrimp, buckwheat, crab, and walnuts") based on information from producers, manufacturers, and distributors.

At All Day Dining Aquarius, we indicate the allergen content on the POP (point-of-purchase) display for each dish, so you can avoid those dishes if you prefer.

Are there any dress code rules for using the facilities?

We don't have any.

Is parking available for visitors who are not staying at the hotel?

Parking is free of charge. We do not accept advance reservations for parking spaces.

No, the pool is only open seasonally from mid-March to the end of October.

Is the shuttle bus to Fusaki Beach available to non-guests?

This service is exclusively for hotel guests. When boarding, please show the driver the case containing your room key card.

The "Yuigukuru Live" event, held every night in the lobby, is open to everyone.

Can I book optional tours and experience courses on the same day?

While we can arrange tours if there are vacancies, please note that tours that are fully booked or require advance preparation may not be available on the day of your tour. We recommend booking as early as possible.

Is there a shuttle service to the remote island terminal?

The hotel does not offer shuttle service.
We can arrange island sightseeing tours with bus transfers and ferry tickets to the islands.

Can I buy ferry tickets to the outlying islands at the hotel?

Arrangements can be made at the tour desk on the first floor. Depending on the time, you may be able to use the cruise company's shuttle bus.

How long can I swim in the ocean?

The "Opening of the Beaches in Yaeyama, Japan's Southernmost Point" is held annually in mid-March, but the swimming season runs from mid-April to October.

How long does it take to get to the beach?

Fusaki Beach: Approximately 10 minutes by car

Could you please tell me how to get to Kabira?

Please use public transportation such as public buses*, taxis, or rental cars.
*The Higashi Transport "Kabira Resort Line" bus stops at the bus stop in front of the hotel entrance.

Can I borrow a towel to go to the beach?

When you go out for swimming or other outdoor activities, we offer complimentary bath towels for use outside the hotel at the front desk. Please refrain from taking the towels provided in your room.

Can I rent snorkel sets and swimsuits?

We do not offer rental items. Swimsuits are available for purchase at The ART SHOP on the 1st floor.

We are considering a banquet plan, but can we choose the banquet hall?

We will prepare a venue that is appropriate for the number of participants. We will take your preferences into consideration, but please understand that we cannot guarantee a specific venue.

Do you have a Japanese-style room?

We do not have any Japanese-style rooms. All banquet halls are Western-style.

If we're having a party with food included, do we need to pay for both the venue and the food?

The venue usage fee is included in the banquet meal plan. Please see the "Banquet and Conference Information Page" for details.

What kind of equipment can I rent at the venue?

What is the aspect ratio of the projector?

The aspect ratio of the ceiling-mounted projector in the large banquet hall "Yaeyama" is 16:10.

Is there a place where I can smoke?

There is a designated smoking area on the first floor, near the large banquet hall. Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel grounds, including outdoors, except in designated smoking areas.

Is parking available?

You are welcome to use the parking lot, but since you will be sharing it with our hotel guests, we would appreciate your cooperation in carpooling whenever possible.

Can I consult about weddings or tour the venue?

Can I take the shuttle bus from FUSAKI BEACH RESORT HOTEL & VILLAS to the airport?

You are not permitted to board.
Guests staying at ART HOTEL Ishigakijima can only use the shuttle bus service between ART HOTEL Ishigakijima and FUSAKI BEACH RESORT HOTEL & VILLAS.

Is it within walking distance of the downtown area?

The downtown area is about a 20-minute walk away. Rental bicycles are also available, so please feel free to use them.
